The History of

Amer Logistics.

Amer Logistics has a story rooted in determination, smart growth, and a clear vision for scaling in a competitive market.

Our History

Established in 2013.

Established in October 2013, the business began with humble beginnings in Wembley, focusing on one core objective: providing reliable, high-quality labour to support logistics and operational demands. In those early stages, success was built on strong relationships, consistency, and a hands-on approach. The business earned trust by delivering dependable people, often at short notice, and by going further than competitors to support clients on the ground.

Between October 2013 and January 2026, Amer Logistics experienced sustained and strategic growth. What started as a local operation quickly expanded across London and into wider regions, eventually becoming a national labour supplier. This growth was driven by a deep understanding of client needs, particularly within fast-paced sectors such as logistics, commercial relocations, and facilities management.

As the business scaled, its workforce became known for being skilled, flexible, and highly responsive—capable of integrating seamlessly into complex projects and long-term contracts. Amer evolved from being a transactional labour provider into a trusted operational partner, supporting clients across the UK with consistency and reliability.

The defining moment in Amer Logistics’ journey came with the acquisition of Johnsons in January 2026.

This move marked a significant shift—from labour provision to full-service capability. Johnsons brought with it a rich heritage, established infrastructure, and a strong reputation within the commercial relocation and business moves sector. By combining Amer’s scalable labour model with Johnsons’ operational expertise and national footprint, the business created a powerful, integrated offering.

This transformation enabled the group to:

  • Deliver comprehensive, end-to-end commercial relocation services
  • Strengthen its national presence and operational capacity
  • Expand into project management, workplace change, and specialist moves
  • Compete at the highest level within the UK commercial relocation market
  •

From its early days in Wembley to becoming a key part of one of the largest commercial relocation operations in the UK, Amer Logistics’ journey reflects a clear trajectory—from local beginnings to national scale, and ultimately to market leadership through strategic acquisition.
